What You’ll Do:
• Lead residential window cleaning crews and assign tasks
• Ensure proper cleaning techniques and quality control
• Maintain customer satisfaction through professional service
• Follow safety procedures and train crew members

Who We’re Looking For:
• 3+ years of residential/commercial window cleaning experience
• Supervisory or crew lead experience
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred
• Dependable and organized with a strong work ethic
