Tåsi View Window Cleaning is building our team for upcoming projects and is seeking an experienced, safety-focused High-Rise Lead Technician. This is a future opening — not an immediate hire — but we are accepting applications now so we can move quickly when the position becomes available.

What You’ll Do:
• Lead high-rise window cleaning crews on commercial and multi-story buildings
• Oversee rope access operations and ensure OSHA safety compliance
• Conduct equipment inspections and maintain rigging systems
• Train and mentor team members, ensuring proper techniques and safe practices
• Coordinate with management on scheduling and project execution

Who We’re Looking For:
• 3+ years of high-rise window cleaning experience with rope access (Level 1+ preferred)
• OSHA 30 certification required
• Supervisory or crew lead experience
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Safety-minded and committed to delivering quality results
