Annual Membership Meeting

Description

In accordance with the Guam Chamber of Commerce bylaws, the membership is hereby given notice of the Annual Membership Meeting scheduled for Wednesday, November 19, 2025. The meeting will feature the Guam Chamber of Commerce Board Chairperson, who will provide his/her end-of-the-year remarks to the membership. The Chamber’s President, Catherine Castro, will provide an annual report on the state of the organization. Results from the 2026 Board elections will be announced before the close of the meeting.

Admission: $45.00 per person


This meeting has limited seating and will be on a first-come-first-served basis. We request that members register and pre-pay prior to the event to secure a seat.

Thank you for your understanding. 

 

All pre-payments may be made by cash, check, PayPal or credit card.

We encourage members to make advance payments for a swift entry on the day of the meeting. Contact your Chamber Team at (671) 472-6311/8001 to process payment.



CANCELLATION POLICY: Members who RSVP and do not attend will be billed 

the full amount unless cancellation is made (in writing) by 12:00 noon
